Details
This elegant rose has light salmon pink colour and gentle floral aromas with hints of nectarine, redcurrant and 'hard' pears. Quite full in the mouth without being obviously fruity, which is the classic style of dry rose from Provence, aromatic and fresh with subtle acidity and crispness.
The winemaker suggests drinking with duck cooked with olives or a 'bourride', but you could also try it with mild curries or Chinese. Serve at 12°C with grilled fish, exotic or Mediterranean cuisine, or as an aperitif.
