 Brilliant golden yellow colour with salmon-pink hints.

Very fine and persistent bubbles.

Good complexity of aromas achieved by the presence of red fruits and tropical fruits which are a contribution of Pinot Noir, subtle aromas of white flowers, contribution of Chardonnay and a touch of dry fruits, almonds and nuts result of its cellaring over the lees.

In the mouth it presents a good balance between acidity, base wine, and sweetness, gained by the lees. Balanced and Mouth filling.

The base wine has been made from an 80 % Pinot Noir and 20 % Chardonnay. The sparkles are achieved by the traditional méthode champenoise.

Serve between 6º C and 8º C.

Can be enjoyed now or has ageing potential of between 2 and 5 years.
