Setting up an account at ndjohn.co.uk is easy. Please click on "Account" at the top right of the page. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account, collect reward points and more.
We will occasionally offer discount codes. These will usually be sent by email to existing customers, in-store and through various discount websites. We reserve the right to withdraw these offers at any time and without notice.
You can print a VAT invoice by logging into "My Account" and clicking on "View Order" for the order you require the invoice for. If you then click on "invoices", you can view the invoice and clicking on "Print Invoice" will open a printable version.
You may cancel your order at any time until seven working days after delivery. Should you decide to cancel, all charges to you will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in merchantable condition.

Delivery is priced per order. For Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands), delivery is free for orders over £200. For orders up to £200, delivery is £6.95 per order. For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight, delivery is £18.95 and for Northern Ireland we charge £19.95. Delivery to Scottish Islands and The Republic of Ireland is £21.95. Exact delivery charges will be determined using your postcode during the checkout process.
Delivery where possible, will be within 2 working days (depending on stock availability). Orders to Northern Ireland, Eire, the Isle of Wight and some areas of Scotland may take up to 5 days. You will be informed if your order is going to be delayed for any reason.
If you were not home when our courier attempted delivery, they will leave a card and either attempt to leave the order at a neighbours or return the wine to the depot. You can then contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collect the wine from the nearest APC depot. After 2 delivery attempts APC will hold the goods in the depot for a further 3 days before returning it to us. We reserve the right to charge for any further delivery after the order is returned to us.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account or by following the link in the email we sent when your order shipped. Alternatively, give us a ring on 01792 644688 and we will try and help locate your order.
Please try tracking these items online. If you have difficulty doing this or the tracking facility is not working, please contact us immediately and we will contact the courier to find out where your order is.
Yes, you can request that the order is left without a signature. But you do so at your risk. We do not take responsibility for stolen items that have been left as instructed by the courier. Please add your requirements in the comments box on the checkout page.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit and debit cards. For security reasons, we do not accept cards registered in the USA. Payment is taken at the time of order.

When you log in to your account, you will be taken to your "Account Dashboard". This gives a summary of your account details such as your recent orders, contact infromation, saved addresses and reward points.
For every £1 you spend (including VAT) at www.ndjohn.co.uk you will receive 1 Reward Point. We will also feature double or even triple Reward Points during special promotions on a particular range of products.
Yes. You can also collect Reward Points when you refer a friend and they make their first purchase. You will receive 250 points and your referred friend will receive 250 points. You will also receive 5 points for every product review that you make and is published on the site.
You can check your current points balance by logging in to your account. A summary is shown on the main dashboard page and you can see more in-depth information by clicking on the relevant section on the left hand menu.
To redeem your accrued points against a purchase, you must log into your account. When you click on basket, you will then have the option of redeeming your points in increments of 100, resulting in money off the basket total.
We always endevour to make sure our websites vintage and stock information is as up to date as possible. However, our suppliers may choose to change vintage at any time without prior notification to ourselves. In the event of this, please contact us and if we are able to still get the required vintage, we will do our best to replace the wine.
