Aromas of ripe papaya, peach and dried apricot are followed by a rich, sweet palate of honeyed fruit.
The grapes are harvested at the end of May and taken to the winery where they are destemmed, crushed and placed in stainless steel tanks to undergo fermentation. After fermentation, the wine matures in tank for 24 to 30 months.
