Looking back to Mouton Cadet’s emblematic original appellation, Mouton Cadet A.O.C. Pauillac 2006 salutes 80 years of boldness. The Mouton Cadet A.O.C. Pauillac bottle is a faithful copy of the 1st Mouton Cadet bottles from the 1930s. Produced in limited quantity (1000 numbered bottles). Comes in a wooden box.

Deep garnet red colour.

The nose displays a rich range of aromas, including red and black fruit and floral touches.

A supple attack reveals a well-rounded tannic structure that supports fresh fruit flavours with a suggestion of toast. An elegant and long finish brings charm and refinement to the overall structure.

Mouton cadet A.O.C. Pauillac is made from a blend of classic varieties: predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Cabernet Sauvignon brings the tannic structure and touches of black berry fruit, Merlot roundness and ripe red fruit flavours, and Cabernet Franc elegance and freshness.

Serve with roasted quail, tournedos, game, leg of lamb, veal kidneys, cheeses
