A brilliant deep red colour, with aromas of aniseed and black cherry.

The palate shows dense and complex flavours of black cherry and mulberry fruit, with some subtle spice and vanillin oak. The long, juicy finish is balanced by soft and fine grained tannins.

Smooth easy-drinking wine with soft, typical Clare Valley spice on the palate.

Aged for 12 months in American and French oak.
