Mr Smith Shiraz 75cl

A preposterously lush Shiraz from some of the gnarliest vines we have ever seen, produce this dense, dark, brooding and incredibly impressive wine. A gold medal winning, black berry fruit blockbuster!

Ripe berries, pepper corns, spice and floral notes.

Floral and rich with bright lifted blackberry and blood plum, followed by black pepper and undertones of chocolate.

The intent was to avoid a jammy or over extracted wine. The result is beautifully balanced with a creamy mouth feel contrasting the rich spicey flavours. This wine reflects our old world sensitivities and desire for balance.

Beef: any cut. Works well with tomato based sauces. Rich spicy meals of veal, kangaroo and duck. You can keep drinking this one even with pudding.
