The ancient astronomers called the birth of new star a “nova,” and this line of wine is a tribute to their patient observation of the behavior of nature. These wines are made with a careful selection of organically grown grapes from our own vineyards.
Intense ruby-red in colour. The nose offers ripe strawberries elegantly combined with spices such as pepper along with subtle sweet and toasted notes from the barrel aging. The palate is firm but very silky, with elegant, well‐structured tannins, tremendous volume, and a persistent finish.
Vibrant with huge appeal - another fabulous value wine under this trophy winning label.
Belonging to the Valley of Rapel, Colchagua Valley has 20,000 hectares of plantations. These grapes grow under a unique climate, made by the Andes winds together with the coastal breeze, helping varieties such as Carmenere and Cabernet Sauvignon to ripen well.
This particularly food friendly red wine is the perfect choice for breaking the rules of classic pairing. Be daring; try it with grilled or fried salmon, prosciutto or curried chicken.
85% Carmenere, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon
