There are plenty of lovers of the famous Yellow Label who refuse point blank to drink anything else. A stunning non vintage with great body and roundness, it never disappoints.
Lingering fruity flavours of apple and pear on the palate create a fresh, harmonious and lively Champagne.
Grapes from as many as 60 vineyards make up the Yellow label blend. Usually the proportion of each grape variety is around 55% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay. The chief blender will draw on reserve wines to form the cuvee. Each of these older wines (some up to 8 years old) are used to maintain consistency year after year.
