Details
A delicious Syrah made from bounteous organic fruit.
Black, meaty and appealing on the nose. There are complex aromas of ripe red fruit mixed with notes of wood. The palate is soft and has round, voluptuous tannins resulting in a good balance and fantastic length.
The Rapel Valley is situated with the Pacific Ocean to the west, the Andes Mountains to the east, and the province of Curicó to the south. This area is particularly well suited for growing Carmenère, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a transversal valley of Chile’s central zone with unique climatic conditions, including four clearly defined seasons and a unique blend of maritime breezes and Andean winds.
This wine matches perfectly with cheeses, rich red meat such as duck or rabbit, also great with spicy dishes.
