Brilliant golden yellow colour with salmon-pink hints.
Very fine and persistent bubbles.
Good complexity of aromas achieved by the presence of red fruits and tropical fruits which are a contribution of Pinot Noir, subtle aromas of white flowers, contribution of Chardonnay and a touch of dry fruits, almonds and nuts result of its cellaring over the lees.
In the mouth it presents a good balance between acidity, base wine, and sweetness, gained by the lees. Balanced and Mouthfilling.
The base wine has been made from an 80 % Pinot Noir and 20 % Chardonnay. The creation of bubbles is managed through the Traditional Method.
It is cellared over lees during 12 months under controlled temperature at 14º C.
Cellared after disgorgement during 3 months.
