Mayerling Brut Rose Cremant d'Alsace 75cl

Pale salmon in colour, it's a lovely light and fresh bubbly. Strawberries and cream soda on the nose, the mouthfeel is clean, dry and fresh.

The vines are from a combination of granite and gravel soils from the Cave de Turckheim vineyards. This gently sparkling wine is made using the traditional method.
