Made from Seyval Blanc grapes in the traditional method. Dry, crisp, full of fruit with a hint of sweetness on the finish. This has won ﾓHighly Commendedﾔ at the UK wine of the year competition 1998 and winner of the SWVA SILVER MEDAL for 1999. Highly Commended at the SWVA competition for 2003. In 2005, the awards continued with a GOLD Award at the SWVA Annual Wine Competition and the Ray Palfrey Cup for Best Sparkling Wine in the Annual Competition.
