Crozes Hermitage Domaine Mule Blanche, Jaboulet 75cl

Bright, pale lemon in colour with fresh aromas of white flowers and accacia, peach and a delicate vanilla note.

On the palate this wine is supple, buttery and well rounded with a harmonious fresh finish.

This is a single vineyard wine from the Mule Blanche lieu-dit which covers 7 hectares on a glacio-fluvial alluvium plain. The vines are 40-60 years old and produce yields of 25 -30 hl/ha.
