Sideral is a wine rich and powerful with gorgeous garnet red notes. The winery combines Chateau Dassault's of St. Emilion savoir-faire in creating masterpiece wines, with Vina San Pedro's knowledge and experience of the Chilean terroir.

The nose is almost immediately ready, open and warm with smokey notes and hints of hot spices that blend into a complex varietal composition including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenere and Cabernet Franc.

It's heart incorporates fruit from both Maipo and Colchagua Valleys lending it a complexity that places it with the best of Chile's premium wines.

The wine was aged in 100% new French oak barrels for 12 to 15 months.

Perfect with roast meat, pasta and wild boar ragu or try with simple grilled steak.
