Delivery Info/Pricing~1. Delivery is available to anywhere in mainland UK.

2. Delivery is charged at £9.95 per order. Where possible, this is a 24 / 48 hr delivery service (see points 6 and 7).

3. Delivery is made Monday - Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us to request this service. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

4. If the Carrier is unable to deliver the driver will leave a card and try to deliver the next day. If next day delivery fails again, a card will be left requesting that you pick up your order from the carriers depot. If the parcel is not picked up the carrier will return to ND John Wine Merchants and the customer will have to pay for a further delivery.

5. If the customer gives special instructions to ND John Wine Merchants for the carrier to leave the parcel outside your house or with a neighbour it will be left at the customers own risk.

6. Next day delivery needs to be ordered by 12 noon.

7. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative product or to advise you on a later delivery date.
