One of our award winning blends is the No. 8, a legend of a dark ale and Scott swears by this one!
It is brewed using pale, black and crystal malts and hopped with Fuggles. At 4.5%, it has a BIG smoked malt aroma laced with liquorice, espresso coffee, dark chocolate and burnt fruit. Bitter hops break through on the palate and finish with creamy coffee, dark fruit and roasted grain.
Named after Scott’s synonymous number 8, worn throughout his career, he is proud to put his name to this one.
