New Ending, New Beginning

We created this unique wine inspired by the joy and happiness that comes with sharing. In every ending and every beginning of Newen, there is always a story, a moment, a friendship and a love. Whenever there is a new ending, there is a new beginning.

Intense ruby red colour. Fruity palate, well-balanced with soft and ripe tannins and a long and lingering finish. 4 months of aging in French and American oak barrels.

Bodega del Fin del Mundo is a relatively new winery, it was founded in 1999 when the first vineyards were planted in a deserted region of virgin land in the southerly province of Neuquen. In order to cope with the very dry climate it was necessary to lay a 20km long irrigation canal to provide water supply. Once the problem of water shortage was solved it was necessary to deal with the strong winds of the area by placing extensive wind breaks around the vineyard in its infancy. In 2002 the construction of the new winery was started, it is 5,000m2 with state of the art equipment. It was here that the first commercial production was achieved in 2003 and the winery was officially launched.
