High aromatic intensity and complexity where the aromas of red fruit (cherry, watermelon and raspberry) and stone fruit (apricots) with tropical hints (ripe pineapple and passion fruit) predominate on a floral background of white flower (orange and elderberry) and refreshing spicy notes (pepper and vanilla), menthol and aniseed. Wide and powerful entry, with good acidity and passage through the mouth, slightly bitter finish that makes it long and persistent. Fruity aftertaste.

Black Grenache variety, selected from the Terra Alta (south of Catalonia), where it is able to adapt and express all its natural potential and character.

All the grapes come from selected and organic vineyards. It works with cold film maceration to extract aromas and color, gently pressing for a maximum of 50% yield. The must ferments at a controlled temperature and partially in barrels, which allows us to enhance the essence of the variety and give complexity to the aromatic expression.

503 blends perfectly from a nice assortment of cold cuts and cheeses to a wide variety of pastas and rice dishes. Also, very nice with stewed fish (fish suquets, sautéed) and for white meats, not overly spicy. Fantastic pairing as well with Asian cuisine like sushi.
