With a citrus color and a soft effervescence typical of Vinho Verde, it has a very fresh, light, young and fruity character. Possessing a good acidity, it is characterized by a wide aromatic spectrum in which it harmonizes aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, notes of green apple, and also light tropical aromas such as pineapple, passion fruit and mango. It is mineral, floral, and constitutes a distinct and balanced whole. Finishes long, striking and elegant.

Located in Agrela, Santo Tirso, in the Vinho Verde Region Demarcated Region, Vercoope – Union of Wine Cooperatives of Vinho Verde Region – was founded in 1964 with the aim of bottling and trade the wine produced in the Wine Cooperatives of Amarante, Braga, Famalicão, Felgueiras, Guimarães, Paredes and Vale de Cambra, representing more than 5000 wine growers. With an annual production around 8 millions of bottles, Vercoope has now an outstanding place in Portuguese market as well in the most demanding markets over the word.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Loureiro 70 %, Alvarinho 30%

It is suggested as an accompaniment to seafood, grilled lean fish, white meat and a wide variety of starters, light and international dishes such as some pastas, risottos, pizzas, sushi, sashimi, among others. It is recommended to consume between 8-10ºC.
