The result is a lemon yellow wine, very clean and bright, ideal for welcoming spring. It presents an intense nose, predominantly fruity, where floral and white fruit notes such as pear stand out. Otazu Chardonnay offers a voluminous and unctuous mid palate, with a very fresh and fruity finish.

Otazu Chardonnay (D.O. Navarra) is a 100% Chardonnay white wine. The production of this wine began with a selected harvest in the property’s Chardonnay vineyards in September. High-quality white grapes were obtained from this to produce this reference with the Navarre Designation of Origin. The process continued with the clarification by gravity of the must, which was subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Afterwards, it is aged on lees in a tank for three months to maintain all its personality and varietal characteristics.

This white wine is ideal for pairing with shellfish, fish, white meats, lightly seasoned pastas, salads, rice dishes, foie gras and fresh sheep cheese. It is recommended to serve between 8 and 10ºC.
