This Private Collection was produced with our best grapes Alicante Bouschet, fermented on mechanical “lagares”.This wine is a very limited production for special wine lovers. 

Dark and deep color. The flavour is dominated by ripe fruit, with some notes of oak. It's a full bodied wine with delicate tannins and a long after taste sensations.

Destemming, maceration and fermentation in mechanical “lagares” with temperature control, malolactic fermentation, matured in French and American oak barrels and filtration.

Goes perfect with cheese appetizers and red meat.
