A delicious Portuguese classic - serve it cold!

Refreshing and fruity rosé, bursting with aromas of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate the wine is soft and fruity with a light spritz. Nice fresh acidity and a touch of sweetness on the finish.

The grapes are sourced from selected growers in central and southern regions, where moderately old vines are tended traditionally in clay and sandy soils. Grapes are briefly macerated on the skins to obtain a touch of colour then gently pressed pneumatically. Cool fermentation in stainless steel vats controlled at 16 degrees. The wine is cold stabilised in tank for a brief period before bottling young.

Drink by itself well chilled or with seafood, hors d'oeuvres, simple salads, and spicy food such as Thai, Indian or Chinese.

It is light and delicious.

Very pleasant rose

I found this wine in a Thai restaurant on the Isle of Wight , absolutely loved it and such a pleasant surprise as usually Thai/Chinese have only Zinfandel to offer, i photographed the bottle to source once back in Scotland, found it on this website and reasonably priced so bought a case of 6 . Can’t understand why supermarkets are not selling this.

Best Rose Wine I Have Ever Drunk!!!

I came across this wine on a night out with friends. From the first time I tasted it I loved it. A million miles better than any other rose I’ve had. Can’t believe it’s not readily available but so glad I was able to purchase here. Introduced my mum to it and she also loves it.
