Cellers Unió Perlat Syrah is a juicy, clean and bright red wine with great aromatic complexity. In it there is a mixture of black fruits, liquorice, coffee, chocolate and nuts. The palate is fresh and sweet, with silky and fruity tannins. Long and velvety finish.

This red wine produced by Cellers Unió, a cooperative that has been watching over the production and good condition of the Catalan vineyards for more than 70 years, spends more than ten months in oak barrels. Currently, this union of winegrowers extract the best essence of six Catalan denominations of origin, including the D.O. Montsant, where they strive to care for and maintain the good condition and future of the vineyards. This obviously involves sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. ​​
