Pale bright satin rosé. Intense aromas of redcurrant and raspberry, alongside stone fruits such as peach, over a clean background of white flowers. Fresh on the palate, with apricot and peach stone fruits, white flowers and citrus notes of pink grapefruit.

Tempranillo from organic vineyards is taken to the winery where the colour is gently extracted to create the delightful rosé hue. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to enhance the bright, fresh fruit character. After some time resting on lees, the wine is clarified with vegetable protein, making it suitable for vegans.
