Pale, rose petal pink. On the nose notes of red fruit, such as strawberry and raspberry. Fresh and very round wine with a finish on red fruits.

Vineyards located in Pourcieux and Pourrières, at the foot of the Aurélien and Sainte-Victoire mountains. Mechanical harvest carried out first thing in the morning to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Fermentation takes place at 17ºC in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromas and freshness.

In perfect harmony with Provence cuisine, white meat, mixed salads, Asian cuisine and grilled meats.
